RETURNS POLICY

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please call us on 0438640787 to organise for the item to be returned and a replacement organised.

Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

If your request to return an item is approved you must return the product in it’s original, resalable condition including the packaging and hang tags within 2 days of receipt of authorization. We will need a copy of your receipt. We will credit your return using the same method of payment but excluding the incurred freight charges.

Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Love Moroccan Rugs. Please note there is no exchange or refund on Sale Items.

All products are carefully packed to endure reasonable handling through the delivery process. We are not responsible for damage resulting from abnormal or extreme delivery conditions.

CHANGE OF MIND ON GOODS

Change of mind returns are at the discretion of Love Moroccan Rugs. Please call us on 0438640787 to discuss returning goods and include your receipt of purchase with your return.

When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as Love Moroccan Rugs will not be held responsible for any items you return which go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to Love Moroccan Rugs.
