Belinda Stone is an emerging contemporary artist based in Melbourne. She is inspired by nature and colour to paint landscapes and vibrant abstract pieces.
"I love the beauty in nature and the way I can transfer this love onto a canvas using paints and tools. I get excited by the way paint blends together and changes its textures... it is a lot of fun and I often get absorbed in the painting process. I like to create depth in my paintings by using colour, texture and multi-layering techniques which hopefully evoke a feeling of openness and interest to the viewer."
