These blankets, known as batania, are woven exclusively for Love Moroccan Rugs in a tiny weaving studio hidden down narrow pathways on the outskirts of the Marrakesh Medina. Trimmed with dramatically oversized pom poms and woven from 100% hand spun wool, the heirloom textiles are a stylized rendition of the traditional blankets used to protect against freezing temperatures in the High Atlas Mountains.

100% Natural undyed, hand spun wool. These are beautifully hefty, substantial blankets.

Slightly coarse in texture, the blanket softens with dry cleaning and age.
